We will provide private transportation to take the client to the cenote and back. The service will start from the location where the client will be getting their makeup done.

Reservation Instructions
Initial Payment Retainer: To confirm a reservation with Aqua Catrina, the Client must make a non-refundable payment of 50% ($750) of the total contract amount. This payment secures the selected date and time and compensates for resource allocation and the exclusivity of the reserved date.
Remaining Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 20 days before the scheduled session date. Failure to meet this deadline will be treated as a cancellation by the Client.
Cancellation Policy: The retainer is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or failure to pay the balance on time. Rescheduling due to weather conditions, such as rain, will be accommodated for another available date.
