How do I book a session with Aqua Catrina?
You can book your session directly through our online platform. By making the initial payment (retainer), you confirm your booking and agree to our terms and conditions. You will receive a confirmation email with all the session details.

Is the retainer refundable?
No, the retainer is strictly non-refundable as it covers initial preparation costs and guarantees the exclusivity of the selected date.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you must notify us in writing at contact@aquacatrina.com. Cancellations made within 20 days of the session are not eligible for a refund. However, if you request a reschedule at least 10 days before the original date, we will do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.

What does my photography session include?
Depending on the package you choose, your session may include:
• Professional makeup application.
• Exclusive wardrobe and accessories.

How long does it take to deliver the photos and videos?
Delivery time is approximately 3 weeks after the session. Photos are delivered in high-resolution .jpg format, and videos in .mp4 1080 format, via an online gallery.

Are RAW files or unedited videos provided?
No, Aqua Catrina does not provide RAW files or unedited videos under any circumstances. All materials are professionally processed to ensure the artistic quality of our brand.
What type of makeup do you use?
We use professional alcohol-based makeup from Narrative Cosmetics, designed specifically for extreme conditions and underwater sessions. Our makeup artists will also assist you in carefully removing it after the session using certified products.
What safety measures are in place for sessions in cenotes or the sea?
Your safety is our priority. That’s why we always have:
• A specialized safety and training assistant.
• Flotation devices and other support tools as needed.
• Clear instructions to ensure your comfort and safety throughout the session.

Can I share the photos and videos on social media?
Yes, but when sharing, you must include a link to our official website or social media accounts and give proper credit to Aqua Catrina. However, using the photos and videos for promotional or commercial purposes without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

What happens if there is bad weather on the day of my session?
In the case of extreme weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule the session to the nearest possible date without additional charges.

• Basic personal care items, such as biodegradable sunscreen.
• Contact lenses instead of glasses, if necessary, for underwater comfort.
